Mission

The purpose of the Villa Cresta Civic Association is to maintain the high quality of life our community offers, to enhance our property values and to keep our community safe from anyone or anything that would be detrimental to our overall well being.  We accomplish this by community involvement, dissemination of information and communication with the Baltimore County Officials.

To protect your greatest investment, your home.  To help us maintain a low crime rate, good schools, high property values and the friendly atmosphere we enjoy.  We also sponsor community events that are free to members such as: The Easter Egg Hunt, Dumpster Day, Community Yard Sale, House Decorating Contest and Santa on Parade.
